Shipping policy

All Items are shipped via USPS. Most orders ship out in 1-2 business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at any time. If you need your order rushed, please contact via email at kamanikrownedkreations@gmail.com or via DM on Facebook or Instagram. Be sure to include first and last name as well as your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that extra fees may apply for rushed orders. Kamani's Krowned Kreations is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Local Pickup: All customers in the Cypress/Katy/Houston area ONLY, unless otherwise stated, can choose local pick up at checkout and will be responsible for picking up their order. You have 3 days to pickup your order from the time you receive confirmation that it is ready. If orders are not picked up within those 3 days then your order will be canceled and you will be refunded back through the same payment option you used to pay which can take 7 to 10 business days. Also you WILL BE charged a 20% restocking fee. 

Order Processing: Order processing time is 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays. We process and ship all orders Monday-Friday and Saturdays until 3pm. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Saturday will not be processed until the next business day (Monday). Orders are processed in the order in which they are placed. We strive to get your items out as quick as possible, but please allow additional time during the holiday season.
